This 1996 custom sedan style cruiser was constructed by a craftsman that worked in the Forbes Cooper yard building Maple Leaf sailboats. He built this as his own retirement yacht and she is a high quality boat full of unique and thoughtful features that only an experienced boater could have imagined. The boat has always been boathouse kept and is for sale by her knowledgable second owners. This boat could be the perfect Alaska capable coastal cruiser for a couple but please note : with only 6 foot headroom in the salon this boat is not suited for taller boaters. Custom Sedan Cruiser Entering the covered cockpit there is a wooden (removable) table and room for two chairs. A transom door provides access to the swimgrid then a sliding door opens into the salon. The salon has the helm to port and is an open space with room for a couple of chairs. Down three steps brings you to the dinette starboard and galley to port. The double dinette folds down for the occasional guest berth. The well thought out galley offers everything needed for preparing any meal. The head is forward to starboard then the v-berth in the bow. The v-berth configuration is currently as two singles but a center piece could be made up to convert this berth into a double. The interior features real teak and lots of thoughtful storage, drawers and lockers.
