Grand Banks 42 Classic Stepping onboard you notice teak decks that have been re-seamed and caprails in good shape with multiple coats of Cetol. The Walk around decks are wide and safe. The bow features a deck locker, anchor platform and additional power inlet. Up two steps to the boat deck then a few more steps to the flybridge. Here you are protected from the weather by a full canvas enclosure and there is abundant seating for guests. Entering the salon onto the parquet floors you immediately see the folding Grand Banks table with bar below. The galley and built-ins are along the port side with the helm and L-shaped settee to starboard. The spacious aft master features a walk around queen berth with custom mattress and separate head and shower compartments. There are plenty of drawers, cabinets and hanging locker as well as a built in desk as well as access to the aft deck. The forward v-berth has its own separate head with a wet shower. The engine space can be accessed from a door under the v-berth stairs or by opening hatches in the salon. The engines are serviced annually by KNW.
