She is clean and has no smell, and is well equipped with great amenities for year round cruising. Monk McQueen Cruiser in Vancouver m/v 'Banook' is a well cared for wooden classic with lots of features making her ideal as a year round cruiser or live aboard. Stepping aboard from the teak swimgrid through the gate in the beautifully varnished transom you enter the cockpit area covered by full canvas. Climbing the ladder to the spacious upper deck and flybridge, this area has two back to back seats, folding radar arch, bimini and upper steering station. From the aft deck moving inside the boat you have the galley on port and the main head and guest stateroom with two single bunks to starboard. Moving forward to the large salon there is a 4 person table to port and a pull out sofabed to starboard. The large windows provide excellent light and visibility and sliding doors on the sides of the salon give access to the decks for line handling. The helm is on the port side and the entry to the v-berth master with private head is to starboard.
