'Silver Mist' was built by Wahl in 1957 and the conversion from troller to yacht was completed by Commodores Boats in 2016. She is a well known boat with an extensive history on the BC coast. The current owners spent an estimated $450K to convert her into a lovely classic yacht and a change in circumstances now bring her to market at a very attractive price. Wahl Classic Troller Yacht Conversion 'Silver Mist' is a well known Wahl classic that extensively fished the BC coast until being professionally converted to a yacht in 2015. The conversion was performed by the venerable Commodores Boats of Richmond at a cost of over $450K. Now a change in owner circumstances have resulted in her coming to market at a very attractive price. She has red cedar decks, oak and UHMV ribs and fir planking, boat deck topsides are epoxy coated. Stepping aboard, you can enter the salon area down steps from the cockpit or via the starboard dutch door into the wheelhouse. The salon has no built in furniture and is a blank slate for the new owners ideas. It features 11 large windows that allow lots of light and has of headroom. Up steps to the wheelhouse you find the dinette to port before coming to the helm. The forepeak features a double berth with drawers underneath and access to the engine room. 'Silver Mist' cruises with a very comfortable motion at 8 knots burning about 2 GPH.
